Kung Fu
So Rim Kung Fu

So Rim Kung Fu is a traditional, elite combat Kung Fu that originated in the So Rim mountains of China. So Rim Kung Fu combines strength, stability, and the grace of nature with the agility and snap control of animals to create a very effective and sometimes ferocious martial art. The particular style of Kung Fu taught is Praying Mantis style, with its attack and defense based on the tactics of the praying mantis. Chinese weapons are also taught as an integral part of So Rim Kung Fu. By studying So Rim Kung Fu you will gain the agility, strength, grace, and awesome fighting skills embodied in a martial art that has remained unchanged for hundreds, if not thousands of years.
Like the panther that prepares to pounce then drives back its prey with the force and speed of its body, like the praying mantis that grabs, pulls, and strikes with stern concentration, or like the dragon that first draws its prey in to receive one powerful attack, so the student of Kung Fu learns offense and defense as second nature. He studies age-old forms that imitate animals, birds and insects in their fighting techniques. Kung Fu literally means "practice everything," and requires that its students learn the art in martial arts as well as the self-defense aspects. Techniques in So Rim Kung Fu combine strength, stability and grace of nature with the agility and snap control of animals' defenses.
